The location was perfect for me. Close to family and plentiful stores within walking distance. The food and service at Rendezvous restaurant was excellent. I wish that I recalled the name of the lady who served me every day - She was so nice. She seems to work every morning. Room Service was really nice. Front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. Loved the washer and dryers.

The breakfasts were excellent. Even the "normal" bacon and eggs" stood out. Very well presented and the bacon was wonderful. My sister-in-law's yogurt/fruit breakfast and my brother-in-law's granola/fruit breakfasts were top notch. Parking was free.

Friendly, efficient staff, big room, comfortable bed, upscale furnishings and bathroom. Close to restaurants and gas/coffee. Free parking. Great for an overnight business stay. Shower tap located away from showerhead so you can find the right water temperature before you have to get wet.

Nice location, amazing window veiw to the mountains. Underground parking. Supermarket and restaurants area across the road. The hotel is new, and all furniture is comfortable and clean. Excellent room service and helpful reception.

We liked the updated contemporary decor, the xtra huge shower, the staff at the desk, the waiving of the parking fee, the ability to order food up to our room, the quiet, the rolling table we pulled up to the sofa used for dinner & breakfast

I arrived at around 10am. I requested for an early check in. The lady at the reception, her name is Michelle ( if I remember correctly), helped me for an early check in at 10am, which is unusual, without any extra cost. I am very impressed with this gesture. The staff is very efficient, professional and at the same time friendly. It is centrally located. Very close to restaurants, supermarket, just opposite South Hospital Campus. I would recommend this hotel, if someone is looking to stay in South-East Calgary.

The shower is a perfect layout! The hotel has a fresh, new vibe. The bed was comfortable and room temperature was great!

This hotel and it's location were perfect for the situation we needed it for. The room was lovely and very comfortable and the bathroom/shower etc were quite luxurious. We used room service and the food was delicious.
